Last minute move of a small apartment, Mark offered to come that same evening. Instead we agreed the next day at noon would be best. Right on time, extremely careful with items, very fast in and out. Had all of my things out of the pickup location, moved and dropped off neatly at the destination just as I requested in less time than I expected, and that included navigating 3 flights of narrow stairs. Cost was exactly what he said it would be, and very reasonable.What stood out to me the most, however, was Mark’s diligent communication with me prior to and during the move, a quality that can’t be underestimated. Even though I was not present for about half of the move, I had total confidence that everything was being done in the most professional manner.
