Asked for what battery would be what I needed for my Jeep and they sold me what I thought they knew was correct, made an appointment to get it done and they sold me the WRONG BATTERY. Seriously??? That's why I came and asked you guys cause I thought you could figure that out ... Unimpressed

I've been in 5 times. Staff has always been excellent. I used to work for an auto parts warehouse years ago, so I understand just how many different parts there are for so many different vehicles and years, it's just not the easiest job in the world, but they seem to be completely competent. Girls at the front counter are always really really nice too. Haven't had a bad experience.

What happened to Lordco? Staff is great and friendly. 5 stars to them.Prices are gouging. Most expensive place in town to get stuff. Always the last place I look now. It used to be the first place I looked for parts.$6 for an exhaust gasket at CT. $24 at Lordco... are you kidding me.
