Walmart Supercentre

Friendly staff, well organized and stocked items in the store. Many items were on sale when I visited yesterday.I normally support local shops, being in a small town. But the convenience of an all around one stop shop is also very handy.

The man in Customer Service this morning about 11:15 was a major JERK. (that's polite) not just to me, but the lady and her daughter that were there before me. You don't even deserve 1 star

Pick up service has been in slow decline for a while, however yesterday really took the biscuit (literally) - we pulled up and waited 30 minutes to learn that all the items picked for us were 'lost' we then waited another 20 to get a questionable order with over 10 items missing. It's a shame because the service was good to start with, now its very unreliable, will be shopping on other stores from now on.

BEWARE! Walmart thinks it’s okay for their employees to put hands on little kids. A delusional elderly employee grabbed my sons wrist and held onto for about 10 seconds It while they told him “we don’t grab” the irony is so rich. An old lady GRABBING a 4 year old autistic kid to “teach him” not to grab. I am truly disgusted by Walmart and their employees. Let’s not forget how a Walmart employee wouldn’t even grab a shop lifters hand , you can’t even swear to them on the phone , etc. but they are allowed to grab little kids? Get it together - there isn’t enough shame in the world! Don’t touch peoples kids. I don’t grab my kids to teach them things , that’s trying to scare and intimidate them. So gross.

Big Brother is watching! AND now proving it to you on every aisle.These recent security improvements" have made the welcoming walmart shopping experience extremely unwelcoming and intrusive."

Decently well stocked all things considered in the economy right now. Everything always looks nice on the shelves. Staff are very knowledgable of where everything is, even while they refurbish the inside. The new renos look good on the inside. (the new paintjob on the outside is... Quite tacky right beside historic downtown not going to lie, not sure what they were thinking with that colour palate) Washrooms are always nice and clean and well stocked. Pharmacy staff are very friendly. Blood pressure machine is always working. Cashiers are quick. They often have 6+ self checkouts open. Produce is often fresh even though the selection is basic. I'm happy with this Walmart location. It also has a regal nails which is my nail place of choice. Especially the one in this Walmart.

Had a great experience with a fillipino lady and man who were trying to help me find the vernors ginger ale. They went above and beyond to check if they had it or were getting it. I wish I got there names. Thank you

A good produce section, decent clothing section and a huge selection of asian goodies. Ample parking space. Friendly and helpful staff.

Horrible experience with online grocery. Waiting 20 min and no one answered the phone at 7:55-8:15pm. Always has been good before in the 4pm pick-up spot. But this was BS. You took my money for groceries but didn't provide them! Would give less than 1 star if I could.

We just had a great experience with one of your employees working at online pick up. He was super friendly and helpful, I didn’t catch his name but he did mention he was originally from Florida.Great service!
