I called for a/c service at the beginning of May. The day of service, no one came, no one called. I called, the rescheduled me. the next week they called and rescheduled again. Three days before that service date, over 2 weeks from my initial call they emailed to say we were out of their service area. The person who emailed me has yet to return my calls. Today is the service day and no one has called to confirm whether someone is coming or not. So, now 3 weeks later everyone is busy. It would have been good to know the service area issue 3 weeks ago.
