Amazing quality of work with attention to detail. Microland replaced the woofers on my KEF speakers and I'm convinced that they sound better now than they originally did. The repair took a while, but I was kept in the loop the whole time. Well worth the wait.

Worst experience ever. We purchased four screws for our Sony TV (they are needed to attach the TV stand legs to the TV). When the package arrived a week or so later, there was only one screw. We contacted the company and they said they will send us the rest of the screws. No explanation was provided as to why only one screw was sent. After waiting another week or so, the package finally arrived; however, no screws were contained in that package. In fact, it was a completely different product. I still do not have my screws...This is ridiculous. I should have just ordered these screws on Amazon.

I contacted Sony about my WF-1000XM3 right earbud battery drain very quick though it's fully charged and they told me to contact Microland Technical Services. Then I called to the number Sony representative gave me and talked to a Microland representative. She told me there would be no way to replace the battery of earbuds and it would cost me up to $200 something just to replace the whole right earbud. I am not satisfied and have found them not useful at all. Also, the representative I talked today was not professional, greeting, friendly, and helpful at all. I do not think I will support and use any products from Sony from now on. Poor service.

My Onkyo receiver died and needed a replacement HDMI board. Raymond was very helpful and kept us informed as he completed the work. Very professional service, and goes the extra mile to ensure the customer is pleased.

Fixed my Denon AV receiver which was under warranty with no issues. Took about 2.5 months which is a long time, but I understand there are still probably supply chain issues.

Took my KEF sub there to have the rear circuitboard replaced. It wasn’t exactly a fast process, but they were communicative throughout the process, and there were no surprises along the way.

Weren't able to find out why my 3 yr old Denon DRA800H keeps turning itself off. Can't fix it or sell it so had to replace it. (Not with Denon or Marantz) Denon Customer Service was equally unhelpful.PS: Now, one month later, I have had my Denon repaired at Kawartha TV. It was a defective diode. It was worth the 2 hour drive to Peterborough!

Had a pair of Sony headphones that were out of warranty and unrepairable. I was able to not only dispose of them in a way that doesn’t waste the headphones.Got a great list of headphones as replacement options at a good price. Would work with Microland again based on this experience.
