I’ve been a tenant at Majestic since November 2020. The staff is unbelievable and most respectful. The property manager George has been with me since the dawn of construction and is super great. Two small issues if the tenants had a reception room / party room other than the rooftop terrace. The other item is the position of the lit up corner sign. It should have been positioned on an angle so people also see it from rue Vezina. As for the rest keep up the great work.

If you are thinking about leasing in one of Capreit's buildings and looking for a seamless experience, I could not recommend her enough. My mother Ellen Rabin has lived in the majestic for 2 years now. She lived during the construction. And was one of the first tenantsI truly find all the doormen who were at the lobby at the time were ,and extremely still are ,very helpful to herBoth my mother and I have known the property manager George since the first day of the opening of the Majestic.He’s a pleasure to deal with and handles all situations with knowledge , compassion and understanding. He has been very good to my mother in the 2 years she’s been there !

Building has had several cars stolen from its visitor's lot (which tenants use) and has yet to install cameras - makes you ask questions. A number of additional issues that make you scratch your head. Be wary, the presentation they give you to get you in the door is nice, but there's a lot that you'll wish you had known before you signed that lease.

I'm currently paying more than 40% above what they're asking from new tenants for identical units to mine, while offering them more perks. They withheld all of this information when discussing a lease renewal with me not 4 months ago. They're charging $200 per parking spot which they let associates and friends use free of charge. They find my concerns with how unjust this situation is humorous. An absolute clinic in unprofessionalism, greed and business in bad faith. I will be seeking every recourse available to me.
