Dollar Daze Metrotown

I love Dollar Daze! Whenever I need craft supplies, I start here and take pictures of the stuff I want and their prices. I go check other stores like Oomomo but I always end up coming back here because they have the best prices. So cute and convenient!!

Good store, not typical cheap stuff for cheap price but better quality for a fair price. One of my favorite dollar stores. Most dollar stores have cheap garbage and a lack of help and friendliness... This was a refreshing change!

Bought a couple Secret Santa gifts here which the recipients liked. The gifts were a little fancier than your typical dollar store merchandise - yet absolutely affordable.The employees actually helped us open a stubborn battery case on one of the gifts, which is definitely something that they aren't obligated to do! Beats your generic dollar store. I'll definitely come back :)

Disappointing, disgusting customer service. Do better as human beings. Train your staff to stop aesthetically profiling people. People shouldn’t be expected to dress up like they are going to a board meeting in order to be treated with an once of respect. I was treated far better in the Apple store dressed exactly the same before they even knew how much I was going to spend ( which for the record is a thousand times more than at dollar daze), however at #dollardaze Metrotown, apparently, you sign up to be treated like trash for trying to purchase something that’s worth pocket change. You need to reassess your policies and learn from stores that are successful because top tier, high earners don’t always want to dress up to go to a dollar store - nor SHOULD they for the sake of avoiding harassment.

I have shopped here a few times in the past 12 months: many good experiences, yet today had a terrible experience. Overall, I will probably be a future customer for the right price, though probably not for the service.

The dollar store has consistently kept a good variety of goods, different from the larger franchise chains, to nicely fill in the gaps. Nice quality items at good price points with friendly service. Areas well-stocked and kept with no excess clutter for a pleasant shopping experience.

White outs that they sell do not work at all. Completely dried liquid. I know you are a dollar store, but at least have the audacity to sell items that work properly and do their job.

Clean and light shopping floor. Shopping space is comfortable with music provided. Price is not bad. Employees are pretty nice, friendly, and helpful. Credit cards accepted. Check out speed is fast. Mall public restrooms available nearby. Located at the 3rd floor of the Metrotown shopping mall. Free mall parking lots available.

You’ll find a few different and unique things that you won’t find at other similar stores. Not that much of a price difference. There’s hardware, kitchen, stationery and souvenir items.

Found things that I have been looking for after shopping at so many stores, which is awesome, although the cashier seemed not interested in her job and was a bit rude by hardly out my items down after scanning.
