Great service. Simon has been coming to our quilting retreats for the last couple years and completes sharpening of blades, scissors, knives etc within the day for more than 30 ladies. I met Mr. Leclerc just three days ago and entrusted him with the expensive tools of my two trades: Horticulture and Dog Grooming - a set of quite varied instruments.He is very well spoken, well learned, quick to understand specific needs and very flexible. His communication is succinct and professional over email or phone. And he works fast!But what matters most is: this gentleman has, for his practice of sharpening, (among the oldest and most historically important trades, requiring specific skill and incredible discipline) the burning fire of passion for the subject and all its extensions of a fresh apprentice.However, the finished work, follow up, knowledge applied, keen eye, entire operation and presentation, ability to repair, sharpen, rebevel, serrate, make-to-glisten and visually diagnose near microscopic defects or features along with his tremendous appreciation for very fine craftsmanship and his own trade, are all the features of a fully accomplished expert.I had an excellent time dealing with Mr. Leclerc and his business. He is now my sharpener on speed dial: I will never be able to use even modestly dull shears, loppers, blenders or pruners again after experiencing his exceptional work!For all you groomers out there, he took my $100.00 independant brand shears and brought their quality from unknown to at least a level 2 Kenchii.Speaking of Level 2 Kenchii's - M. Leclerc immediately noticed the factory imperfection that I had noticed during my use of my 8 m-Serrated Curves that was causing catching of the blades during scissoring. He repaired my Kenchii Rosé curves
