Canada Post mailbox

I realize that arriving close to the end of the day with US packages can take time. It was unprofessional how the cashier handled It, I didn't mind coming back another day, but the rude and curt interaction was inappropriate. I was able to mail the letter thankfully, however it was not necessary to tell me it wasn't needed to be done today as it wouldn't go out for 2 days. I chose today for a reason, I didn't choose to be told different.Fortunately there are other choices for post offices in the area as I won't return and I don't recommend this post office due to the customer service.

Have been going for over 3 years, their personel is still the same competent and nice people they have always been, they know who you are even if you only go there once a year and will welcome you with a smile. 11/10 love the way they do things there.

Very snarky Canada Post clerk that is about as warm as our Canadian winters. While this location is convenient, the customer service needs a lot of work.

I would give these humans zero stars if I could.As the other reviews mention, these people have a absolute horrible attitude towards the customers at this location.I would be upset as well if I was in my 60s and working a dead end minimum wage job still too, this does not give you the right to project your bad attitude towards the customers.If you cant smile and leave your unsatisfied life and attitude at home then dont be in customer service, stay at home and be miserable by yourself.I will never go to this location again and if you, the public, dont like having your day ruined by some terrible excuse of a human then I would recommend you dont give them you business either.You humans that work at this location are a waste of a life and I feel sorry for you that you go though life so bitter, dont project it onto all us happy people that are enjoying life.Horrible customer service, you should all be fired.

I have never witnessed such hostile behavioural from an employee in my life. Several of the employees at this location are incredibly rude and mean to customers. On two occasions in the last week I have witnessed two different employees publicly and loudly berate customers for having made mistakes when labelling their packages. Today the woman working repeatedly (3-4x) scolded a man for labelling his package wrong and even made a comment to another employee about how much of an inconvenience he was being, loud enough for me to hear (5th in line). I am fully sympathetic that Canada post is overwhelmed at this time of year, and especially this year, but it is absolutely no excuse to treat another human being that way.

I really don't want to do this..it's my local and I come here a lot..writing letters to people all over the world but I need a positive attitude, a helpful smile..it doesn't happen..its as though they really don't want to be serving the public..

I was holding my one year old and had to mail letters (one international and the rest Canadian). The worker threw the sheet of stamps at me to do myself, which would have been fine but I clearly had my arms full. He never greeted me and was annoyed by me just being there. Will never go back

I dropped off a ton of pre-paid boxes at left, but one of them didn't have the correct label. Kelly made the effort to email me personally and let me know. Thank you for the consideration, Kelly!

I love this little postal outlet that has great extended hours and knowledgeable folks behind the counter. I suspect one of workers has a little different way of interacting with people, but I find them fine to deal with and competent, which I'll take over bubbly/smiling any day.
