The Toy Box

While doing a 7000 mile adventure ride through the United States and Canada, I developed a leak in the final drive of my 2006 BMW R1200GSA. I called ahead to Toy Box, explained my situation, and made arrangements for repairs. When I got there (13 August, 2022) Keith and Jared jumped on the problem like an Indy pit crew. They fixed the seal issue, replaced a worn bearing, changed oil and filters, and noticed badly worn rear brake pads and replaced them, too. Keith, Jared, Sydney, and Christian were super helpful, efficient, and professional. Can't say thank you enough, guys. You were great!

Picked up my snowbkower, had it repaired and back to me all in 48hours. Amazing customer service.

I bought my Husqvarna ST424 snow blower a few years ago. The first two years I didn’t use it much. This year was a different story. The ST424 has worked flawlessly. Last snowfall was really wet. No problem. Turned the speed control up to the highest setting. The ST424 had no problem with it. Beginning of this season I had to charge battery. Got the owner’s manual out to access battery. Found it and Husqvarna had a charging connector installed. No need for alligator clips. Bought the wheeled version too. No problem moving it around. Pull in on the quick turn levers and it like it’s in neutral. Great machine. Last but not least great staff. Front desk, sales and service.

Dropped my f750 and broke my front brake lever. I knew I was going to St John’s and my friend Alec Murdoch recommended I call The Toy Box. The part was there for me by the time we arrived. The gentleman behind the counter greeted me with a big smile and even gave my husband a veteran discount. I highly recommend this establishment. Thank you!!

Keith looks after his customers. Super knowledgeable and an all around nice guy. This is what service should be.The new location has a larger showroom and service counter. I highly recommend visiting them and checking it out!

I was travelling through NL for a couple weeks on my R1250GSA and just popped in to have a look. It was a Saturday afternoon just before closing and while I was speaking with Keith, I mentioned the front brake recall that wasn’t completed. He immediately told me to drop in Monday morning and they will do it before I take the ferry. What he didn’t know was that I’ve been fighting for about 8 months with “the other BMW Motorrad dealer in Atlantic Canada about it and they were refusing to do it unless I leave my bike there for a month for observation. Not only did The Toy Box get me in on Monday, Keith went in early to the BMW Car dealership where he knew they had mistakenly been shipped Motorcycle calipers to get the proper colour for my bike. I was blown away with how friendly and casual the service was and how he went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. Some of the best service I’ve ever had for anything, how a premium brand owner should be treated…but they also service any make and model, and (from what I witnessed)everyone is treated the same.
