PARADISE MONTREAL Piercing & Tattoos

Went in last week to get my lobes pierced and the whole experience in store was amazing! The shop is extremely clean, the people I met were also extremely friendly, they have amazing and beautiful jewelry! I would highly recommend getting your piercings done there! The only thing that made it a bit more difficult is that I have social anxiety, autism and fear of needles, so I had initially sent them an email to simply get extra reassurance (emails are easier for me rather than calling). They unfortunately never replied, but I decided to book there anyway, and I'm very glad I did! Once I got my piercing done, I forgot to ask some questions about the healing process so I sent them another email. Unfortunately, they did not reply but I did end up calling as it is important to know how to heal your piercings correctly. The lady I spoke to was absolutely amazing!! She was quick to answer my questions and reassure me as well. A real sweetheart! Overall, I will 1000% go back as I truly liked my experience, just wish they replied to emails for the clients that may need a little extra. I can 100% understand how annoying that may be, but it's those extra steps that help us feel more at ease and more confident. But thank you for making my piercing experience a positive one! I really appreciated it!

Absolutely blown away with quality of artists and customer service at this tattoo shop. I don’t think I’ve ever witnessed anything like it. I've been here on 3 different occasions and every time been greeted warmly and treated so nicely.The choice of jewelry is really nice, the service is really friendly and quick.When I had trouble with a piercing that fell out they fixed me up quickly and with amazing service.I've also had a couple of tattoos done next door and everyone there is professional and friendly as well.Amazing service overall, great staff.

I recently moved to Montreal and I had to come in to change my jewelry on two separate occasions. Although I’ve been to many great piercers and tattoo artists this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had in a shop. The whole team is super friendly and incredibly professional. They made me feel so comfortable and cared for. Not to mention their jewelry selection is absolutely gorgeous. I cannot wait to come back to get a piercing/tattoo! If I could rate them 6/5 stars I would.

Got my nostril pierced last December and it healed pretty good, I also got my septum pierced here. Both appointments went great and was fast. Very accommodating staff. Will surely come back for my next piercings!

Clean shop, friendly staff, and excellent tattoo artists. Cheap piercings, too. Wonderful experience here. It's been 2 weeks since my last visit and I already have an appointment for my next tattoo here!

Horrible! Got my helix pierced this summer and still isn't healed. Keep in mind, i clean it everyday and i did everything they told me to do for aftercare. Turns out, they're jewelry are bad quality and the hole wasnt pierced correctly since i got it done again at another piercing shop and it is healing very well now.

I was worried at first before i come in their place but all the person work there is very accomodating and kind. The piercing was nice. They explain everything to me and I very love it! They did a good job on putting earrings. Thank you PARADISE MONTREAL! I will do my next piercings and tattoo here next time. ❤️
