Beware of overcharging.I was told in an email that buying and installing a cartridge would be a total of $406" and when I went to pick it up they charged me $574. They said they needed to use a $60 adapter

Nick was super helpful and patient in helping me choose a replacement cartridge for my Rega Planar 2. We settled on a mid priced Audio Technica (Nick explained pros/cons of a few options). My deck now sounds fantastic, tracking quietly with extended frequency response vs the similarly expensive Rega Elys2 cartridge I had before. I've been going to Ring over the years and for me worth the drive from Mississauga. They are truly an institution.

We brought a receiver from the 80s that my partners parents gave to us to our new friends at ring audio. Apparently from the time it was purchase, the sound only came out of the left speaker, so anything not recorded in mono sounded a bit wonky. And then the sound stopped working all together! They fixed the issue of the sound not working, and the 40 year old problem of the left speaker! And all for way less than the cost of a new receiver. Thank you!!!!

Great experience all around dealing with Ring Audio. Great communication over email, reasonable rates and solid work. Best of all, the team was open to me putting a deposit down to hold my spot in their backlog while they cleared it. That means I was able to bring my unit in only when they were actually ready to work on it, and turnaround time from that point was only 2 days. Awesome stuff!
