Always want my Ford serviced by Discovery Ford. Only issue is that the Quick lane" is not so quick sometimes due to how many people are waiting. Best to go at opening time in the morning."

I called on a Friday morning as I had a nail in my tire that needed to be repaired. They told me to come in right away and they had the tire fixed by noon and didn't overcharge for the repair.

The system at Leggat Discovery Ford is the best I have experienced among about seven dealership service centres and another three independent service businesses. It is personally satisfying. My one hope is they refine the window of service time to a shorter period than a usual 4 hours, although every time I have stayed to wait for completion, they have usually been ahead of the outside time. All my thanks.

Team did a great job and kept me informed on brakes and tire status. In for a oil change and rotation which they always do well. Took a little longer getting in even with the appointment as they were backed up but once in fairly quick. Staff all friendly.
