The doctor was good, the receptionist however would stop me from seeing the doctor again.She didnt wear a mask, she wore it as a chin strap. I have to admit I was shocked to see that in a medical setting. She also cursed while I was there (not at me) her attitude was very unprofessional.She had emailed me the wrong appt time, I had to wait an extra 20minutes because of that. And when I pointed out that she had told me the wrong appt time she didn't apologise, just said did I?" And then continued her work without another word.Ive never seen anything quite like it in a doctor's office."

The most compassionate, professional, and well informed doctor that my dad has the pleasure of working with. My dad has been seeing Shelly for thirty years now and I am so happy he is in good hands. Very thorough and thoughtful. Great bedside manner. I cannot comment on the receptionist but my dad has had no issues. Highly recommend

During covid, receptionist was not wearing a mask, including while speaking with another elderly patient, no hand sanitizer was offered, and the doctor's exam table was not sanitized between patients, only changing the paper on the exam table moments before requesting I lay on it.Do not respond in a timely manner to phone calls or emails. Was directed to get a bloodwork exam done, but took over two weeks to get me the requisition. Required forms filled and documents for a disability claim and have never had them provided, even after multiple follow ups.Go somewhere else with better professionalism.

I have seen Dr. Dunne for several years now and she is by far the most sympathetic and knowledgeable rheumatologist I've encountered. I've had a bad experience with a highly recommended rheumatologist downtown Toronto who was so harsh with my situation, it stressed me and needless to say the unnecessary stress was a set-back with my symptoms. Dr. Dunne worked with me with several treatment options, no pressure but with full disclosure with what was best vs. riskier for my situation. I'm very thankful for her expertise and highly recommend her to anyone needing this type of specialty care.

Just finished my first appointment with Dr Dunne. Laura was so welcoming and pleasant. The reviews are wrong!! I almost changed to another Dr because of them. Fantastic Admin and Doctor, don’t listen the the reviews. I’m so glad my Physician backed her when I was hesitant. On time, efficient, pleasant and professional 5 star all around.
