It's not just paint, it's a hardware store and very convenient for people living close by. Prices are naturally higher than big-box stores but the convenience always makes up for it. I dodge in there from time to time to pick up things like grass seed or small tools. They have a good selection of everything and at the counter they can help you find even out-of-the-way things.

I love The Hub hardware, a vestige from the past, where you get personal advice, quick, professional service, and what you're looking for, at the same time. Having worked in a hardware store to pay for my college tuition, this is the kind of hardware store I can really relate to.

Very good personalized service. I found the prices to be on par with a big box store. Overall a very pleasant experience and would not hesitate to get my paint there again. Owner even helped me carry my purchase to the car ? How about that ?

This is one of the last old-school, owner-operated hardware stores in the area, and is the best place in the West Island to buy paint. The decorator on staff helped me choose a colour to match wallpaper I had purchased online and also provided paint suggestions for other rooms, free of charge. Prices for paint are on par with other Benjamin Moore dealers, and they seemed to have a ton of stock. Prices for other goods are a bit higher than average, but you receive a level of service that you just don’t find at big-box stores or at online retailers. Highly recommend!

Went for the first time today to avoid line ups at the big box stores. I do not regret my decision as they had exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. Service was great as I was greeted with a smile when I walked in and was helped while I was browsing. Will definitely return and I highly recommend this place
