The quality of dry cleaning and tailoring is exceptional. I have been using this place for 8 years now and never had any issues. Pricing very fair too.

I had concerns as the last time I visited a dry cleaner in Red Deer (not this location!) was not pleasant and my clothing was altered so I was very cautious with my new dry cleaner. Seema was very confident and reassured me the job would be done right! And of course it was, the time was taken to ensure the final product was perfect. Thank you again. HIGHLY recommend! Awful service. Lost Jacket. Owner was terrible while trying to resolve the issue. Tried to pass off a cheap H&M jacket as the missing $400 jacket. THIS PLACE RIPS YOU OFF. (See other one star reviews... looks like it's a trend here).Update: After weeks of back & forth and after the purchase of a whole new replacement suit for the event that the original custom suit was needed for. Reimbursed only $300 along with a side of insults. To the person that brought in the cheap H&M jacket that now owns my jacket, you're welcome. Enjoy it, I'm sure it looks great on you.

Fantastic service and quality. They were able to get me my suit in just a couple days. We also took in my wife's wedding dress that was marked by a ton of mud. We honestly were worried it would be stained. But they were able to get it back to brand new. Will definitely be going back with any more cleaning we need. Highly recommend.

This place it's highly recommended , i took around 14 pieces of my couch covers , got a lot of tears honestley as you can see the pictures the tailor really did a great job , good service , friendly staff and punctual ,affordable price. i never thought that i will have a nice covers again she saved me a 3000 dollar couches that they look brand new now because the fabric is a hard one to sew but she did a good jobThank you quality cleaners and tailor

I had a very special jacket (fur) that had a horrible black stain of hair oil in the front from a bottle spilling during moving. I took my jacket in along with my purse, other items to be dry cleaned. These people went above and beyond to help me . After dry cleaning with special chemicals 3 times… the stain did not come out. The owner of the place felt so bad… she had her talige look at it and requested me to leave it behind. They were going to try something. Well, let’s just say I picked up the jacket a few days ago and the stain was nowhere to be seen. The Taylor went above and beyond remove the lining of the jacket and flipped it inside out in such a manner. You cannot see any stain anywhere, even on the inside you cannot tell where they put the stained material. these people are amazing. I’m so happy with my services and I plan on taking all my dry cleaning, as well as brand-name clothing and items to them for my future dry cleaning/Tailor needs. Thank you quality cleaners I now can where am I $500 for a jacket with pride ❤️

Had my wedding dress cleaned here and they did an EXCELLENT job. We had an outdoor ceremony in July and I was wearing a heavy ball gown, walking around, sweating, eating, crying off my foundation and picking up my 5yo nephew who was covered in who knows what. The dress was in a state when I brought it in and when I picked it up it was like new. The price was fair and the service was timely. Definitely recommend!
