Carter Collison is the most dishonest contractor and person I have ever met.He pride himself on the quality of its work. The reality is far from the truth.Once the contract signed he sub contract job to other painters, he doesn’t meet the deadline and always look at minimizing its time onsite vs job well done.Once the job “done” : we could see the roller stain/paint. Corner weren’t covered, patched were missed, drops of paints on wall and doors, too much paints on doors….no consistent paint and finished overall.Also, he has stolen some tools from other trades and a can of spray we bought ourselves.He wouldn’t return my calls. All I can say avoid him at all cost.

Friendly crew working on site owner was knowledgable on various brands and recomend the best products for our needs. Neigjbours down the street ended up using them as well.

2 years ago Carter painted my place to my satisfaction and he just ordered me some touch up paint for my ceiling at no charge - that is service!

Carter and his team did extensive work painting our home (interior and exterior) following our home home renovation. The team’s work is very high quality and their attention to detail is amazing. The crew was very kind, efficient and delivered our finished job despite a very tight timeline. Would recommend their services to others needing high quality painting services.

We have hired Pro Property Paining to do many jobs for us including, interior, exterior, and fence staining. Carter has always been knowledgeable, approachable and understanding. When the exterior color that we choose for our house looked different than how I had anticipated, he stopped work immediately and helped me enormously by returning the paint and not proceeding until I has satisfied.
