I'm familiar with NZF from the UK. They do great work and are responsive and trustworthy. Much needed service for the local community. Keep up the good work.

I thought charities are for everyone in need but no i was wrong, their 1st question was if i am a Muslim, unfortunately I said i am not, but I mean i am Arab still , so the Lady apologized and hang up , so thanks for being very Humanitarian especially during the harsh times the humanity is going through.Fyi the phone call is recorded just in case someone tried to prove me lying.

Very bad communication they gave me a gift card and I ask if it’s just a one time thing or continue thing and my email was ignored…I have a daughter and we need help and I’m trying to connect and get help because it’s an organization to help and no one responds to me

This is the worst charity organization I have ever seen in my life. I am an international student also an orphan. I requested assistance and submitted all my supporting document's and finally they denied my application.Once I will stand in my feet after graduation then I will never ever donate this organization in future.I would encourage not to donate his organization unless they have a better leadership. I am an orphan in canada I applied for financial assistance/gorcery. They swiftly denied my request. They don't realize becasue of heavy inflation people suffering

I was very impressed with NZF as non-profit organization. Primarily on their service delivery to the Ummah in need. National Zakat Foundation has exceeded my wildest expectations in their professionalism and their well designed standard operating procedures coupled with exceptional IT and customer services.

I am trying to contact after submitting documents but unfortunately didn't hear back and every time I call no case worker is available .nobody is replied to emails no one is taking calls no one is responding back to my voice msgs

Almost a week since I sent my documents and no one is responding back to my emails and voice msgs, kindly treat this as important.

very bad employees they are not responsible, aggressive, rude and noclear stander to work on it they judge us on their personal view. zero in dealing less than one star I am obliged to put one star but it is less.the worst I have ever seen. when they took our details about our bank account and personal information in detail and our all personal detail and after that, you discovered our information was not secret and when you receive your personal information from others and no one knows this information just your organization. You feel they put you in a critical position in your life. our life they did not take it into their account. their employees put our life in danger and theycareless about that .when their employees make a big mistake they have to at least investigate in a clear way. not to intimidate us.

Beautiful organization built to support Muslims in Canada. Alhamdulillah NZF alleviates poverty by helping muslims in need become financially self-sufficient, relieving muslims of interest incurring debts, or by simply providing sincere advice or Zakat calculations. May Allah continue to grant them success and sincerity.
