Vintage retro toy Mecca. Must see. It it’s a toy remember, know and love they probably have it. New old stock constantly. Also new local items frequently. Highly recommend.Pro tip: check out the meticulously curated toy museum upstairs. You won’t be disappointed.

Amazing little gem in downtown Victoria! It takes you back to your childhood. Things that you might of forgotten because of the busy life we have to live…. This place will make you feel happy and sad(in a good way) at the same time. The museum on the top floor is awesome! Definitely a place to visit!! Customer service is excellent! Thanks for having an amazing store!

Cherry Bomb Toys
Cherry Bomb Toys is a great place to visit to reminisce about your favourite toys, and to pick some up for yourself or as gifts. They also house the National Toy Museum. At the time of this review they are still housed on Broad Street but will soon be moving to their new spot on Yates between Douglas and Blanshard. Whether you are a local or a visitor this is one fun nostalgic stop worth taking on your trip downtown.

Always an amazing spot for all your nostalgic toy needs. An instant flashback full of childhood favorites all around you as you enter.Unfortunately with their new location it wasn’t as great as it felt the last time I visited at their old spot. Less selection and although more space and an updated spot it felt less exciting. I hope in time as they settle into the new location the inventory doubles and there’s more selection.

Every single time we go here the place is better than before. These guys know their toys, and are a solid group of dudes too. Our kids are welcomed warmly and the help they get is always personalized. Don't waste your money with chain stores and junk that is sold at standard toy stores. Pre-loved toys and collectibles are the way to go. Thanks for always being awesome Cherry Bomb!

I have been a fan of Cherry Bomb toys for years, since I found and brought home an original Lego 2007 UCS Millennium Falcon back in 2014. These days I am a contributor of old collectibles rather than a buyer, but I love to browse through their stock whenever I wander downtown. Great place to find thing from your childhood, whether that was 10 years ago or 50. Very knowledgeable staff and staunch supporters of the community (e.g. Capital City Comic Con). P.s. They have an original boxed 2007 UCS Millennium Falcon in stock right now for the diehard 'original' Lego fans.

This place is a gem! It’s a treasure trove of memories and vintage toys. The owners and the team have all been great on the many times we have visited and they have sourced some really great pieces for our collections. The selection of toys is amazing and we can’t wait to see what the new premises will look like when it’s all finished. It’s well worth a visit to feel like a big kid again, or to reminisce in the toy museum. We will be back again soon!

There are so many of my favorite childhood toys in this store. Great place for finding collectables and rekindling the childhood spirit. Ask about the toy museum upstairs. It is by donation and worth a few bucks to check out. The staff are helpful and very knowledgeable.

The people at Cherry Bomb Toys are passionate about their jobs. They each have a love for toys in unique ways from crafting their own or building huge lego dioramas. The store is lovely to visit and will bring back good memories.

Bee and Candace run a great shop!Always something new coming through to look at every time I come through.The new location is still coming together but it looks great! Even more great vintage quarter munchers out now too.
