Purolator Agent

The hours of operation are limited, but CALL and other delivery options can be arranged with them. I was able to get my parcel very easily quite close to my home outside of the working hours. Definitely a great service from Purolator Agent in Courtenay.

Really kind young gentleman working there, considerate & helpful. I am very thankful for yesterday's excellent service at Relay Event Rentals when I dropped off my Purolator package. Thank you for your kindness.

Absolutely the worst service on the face of the earth, I’ve been on hold three times for an hour each and havnt been able to get through to change my address as they don’t have my entire towns addresses available on the online address changer ... what a joke

Closes at 1:00 Monday - Friday. Not only do they not have the time to wait for you to answer the door, they don't leave the package and they they make you jump through hoops, but only if you happen to have free time during the FOUR HOURS that they're open - of course ONLY ON WEEKDAYS. Use absolutely any other service if shipping packages.

Would be great if the driver would learn how to use a door buzzer or a phone. Watched him drive in, get out of his van and stick a post on the entrance door. Then leave. Didn’t even attempt to buzz. Terrible service.

Was supposed to deliver to our house. They didnt. Then they didnt even leave a note to tell us where or how to pick up. So then a day after scheduled delivery they text me saying to pick up in courtenay. I check the hours and it says theyre open until 5pm and I get there at 1:15 pm and they had closed at 1pm. Now they say they wont hold it for more than 5 days and I might not be able to get there until after that. Unbelievable and NOT IMPRESSED

generally Purolator Agent Driver has been wonderful to deal with HOWEVER on this delivery today NOT. We were home! Throwing our parcel over the 8 foot gate is totally unacceptable. I certainly hope our electrical components are not damaged. I have called in a complaint to head office.

what a joke of a company.......spoke with 5 different online agents and either one of them could tell me what is going on with my package or had no clue when it could be delivered. i tried to phone and was on hold for over 1.5hours and still did not speak to anyone. I feel really sorry for all the employees working for that company, but just a heads up, there is lots of work out there......why do you remain working in those conditions.Purolator = Joke

Hit and miss with these guys. I would probably go with Fedex or UPS before choosing Purolator. I've had a dozen or more packages delivered this year, and the only ones that end up being late are Purolator. Not just a day or two late, but stupidly late. I understand there may be some logistic problems and weather can be an issue, but if a package sits in a warehouse one hour drive from my home for two weeks, I don't think you can blame weather. I can drive to their location and all the other couriers are delivering. The reason for the 2nd star is that the items do arrive at some point.

Perhaps the Agent can pass along to Purolator in Courtenay considering their website won't take emails at the moment - The ONLY reason I'm giving a 1* is that eventually my parcel was delivered. Accounting for a bit of a delay, my pharmacy sent my medication a day early with a few extra ice packs. Took longer - No problem - we expected that.Long story short - driver took to wrong address. Called, left no message, blamed the sender saying the address was 'bad'. Instead of getting this package Dec 22, On the 24th I was told the only way to get my package before the December 29th was to drive 111km ONE WAY and pick it up myself.WTH was the point of using Purolator If I have to drive.Pharmacy got on the phone with their Purolator rep, and I had the package by 3pm Christmas Eve.Bottom line, the address was 100% correct, Driver should have left a message, and shouldn't be blaming everyone else in sight and accepted ZERO responsibility. A wasted day, Christmas eve and lost income as I spent hours and hours on hold.Horrible driver attitude - will never use again if it can be helped.
