Ordered 2 frosty-ccinos, one chocolate and one vanilla. When we got it they both looked the same colour but the vanilla tasted…. Off. We deduced that it may be from not having enough frosty because they both were pretty watered down. My partner went back into the store to order frostys for us to top off. One chocolate and one vanilla. We were then told that there was no vanilla frosty left. Meaning that my vanilla frostyccino was NOT made with vanilla frosty but chocolate frosty and vanilla flavoured coffee. This is completely unacceptable to not divulge this to the customer. The workers there should be shameful to have the audacity to cheat the customer so blatantly

Decent location, the dining area is quite modern and clean, and they are relatively fast to serve you even from the kiosks. Unfortunately as it’s close to Kipling station you get some crazy people coming and going but thats out of the employees control, just something to note especially late at night.

Service is slow for a fast food restaurant. When you order a combo, they ask you if you want a medium or large for your sides when only a small comes with the combo and a medium size will be charged for upsizing. Deceiving and leaves a terrible impression. Wish they did something about the homelss loitering and showering in the washroom

Worst service !! Utter rude ... You cannot just point back and forth at drive-thru windows and ask customers to come around again or walk-in to order because of your faulty machine at your 1st window. They asked us to drive to next window initially, where they asked to either drive around again or walk-in.What’s the point of waiting in the line exhausting gas & time,& come back again ? It’s the same Wendy’s at the 2nd window too or am I wrong ??

Just one of the nice places to eat from Wendy's restaurants. The best part about this exact Wendy's is working hours. They work at night (not the whole night, but the hours when it's quite reasonable).

The drive-through staff is rude, speak in their own regional language instead of speaking in English in front of you talking about you, and mess up simple orders and instructions. I ordered Sprite with no ice and they put ice and the Sprite was weak and had no flavour because their machine is broken that they refuse to fix. This entire thing has happened on two occasions and it’s the manager at the location who is not only rude and unwelcoming but also gets annoyed whenever you ask them to correct the order.

Parking was easy and relatively free. Staff were really friendly, and the food was provided in a reasonable time frame. Overall a good experience and would go back to this location.

It's Wendy's, with same menu and quality as any other locations. Problem is that they don't care about the people smoking in their patio, which makes the experience go down significantly.Washroom was flooded.
