Nathan helped my family with 2 mortgages, simultaneously, and both were a challenge for various reasons. He was easy to work with, quick to respond to questions and to help with issues that came up; and he was able to get us rates that the banks were not willing to offer us directly. As a small business owner, this was the quickest and easiest mortgage approval I have every gotten. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage; from first time home buyer, to the self employed, and to anyone looking for financing options!

As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions about the process of getting a mortgage. Nathan did a great job of walking me through that process so that I felt confident about the decisions I was making. Nathan was always there to talk (even sometimes when I had to get a hold of him in the evenings) and he made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Nathan if you're looking for a mortgage broker.

Nathan is the best! He helped me finance my first home. I had no idea what I was doing as a first time home buyer. He walked me through everything and answered all my questions. He even was able to compete with another bank's offer which is just awesome. He is always very responsive which is so important. Great service overall.
