I've had Jess and her girls clean my home for a couple years now and I have no complaints. I'm always excited when it is my day to come home to a fresh shiny home! WARNING- DO NOT HIRE!!! All this company was supposed to do was vacuum, wash floors & wash the carpet.They took it upon themselves to remove the carpeting & did not finish the job.They requested payment before job completion.They dramatically over charged by sending a bill for 2646.00. What we were left with could have been completed by one person in a day. Left the premises a complete mess. Garbage everywhere. Left underlay pieces stuck everywhere. We did have to complete a dry ice treatment for bugs. Owner assured us she would be back to complete the job. No, instead she quoted me another 1200.00. Stay far away from this price gauging business. Owner is too busy working a FT job so she puts her Mother to work. Extremely unprofessional & a complete misuse of trust. Her original quote for all was 2000.00. Buyer beware!!! As a footnote l hired another company to finish off for 150.00!! This company lies, has no respect for owner & they cannot be trusted!!!!!!
