A big thank you to Team Ross (Franci and Ian Ross) with our house sale and new house purchase, from the start it was a great experience, they were very personable, professional and ready to assist us. Franci was a big support in giving advice on how to get the house ready for sale and explaining how things would go. She communicated every detail and kept us up to date in every aspect.We had a great time looking for new houses and she was extremely thoughtful in keeping us grounded when we felt like we wouldn't find anything. It all worked out in the end and we are very appreciative of her.I would highly recommend using this wonderful team as realtors and wouldn't hesitate one minute to use them again in the future.Thank you so much, it was a pleasure!!

We contacted Ashley Stewart about selling our property and to get advise on what we should do before listing. Ashley and Leanne came out for a look and to discuss everything with us and answered all our questions. Though the whole process both ladies were great to deal with and took a lot of the stress off our shoulders. Franci Ross Team assisted us with the purchase of our first home 12 years ago and we were extremely satisfied and completely content with the home during that time. Had Fran Omera list our family cottage and the first sentence was this property is in need of serious help, not sure that was a description that will help sell our property for a good value and was told she was directed by the executor to write that, I would rather use a smaller company that would look out for our best interest, NEVER will I use RE-MAX.Update-I went to check out our cottage and upon entry I saw the literature for our cottage on our kitchen table and other cottages Fran is representing, She should be trying to sell our cottage and not others at our EXPENSE-SHAME ON YOU

I asked for help to get a rental unit and I received no reply

Bank had them do an appraisal (I had no say in the matter). I got charged over $750 which is double the going rate, then when I asked to use the appraisal for a different bank, they charged me an extra $150. I would never go near these crooks again.
