I was Dr. Gill's earliest patients when he first opened his practice. In my experience with him, after seeing him for years, I can stand firmly on what I will say. Dr. Gill has the worst bedside manner I have ever seen. He is rude, belittling, and attempts to make you feel stupid/inferior when you have questions. I'm glad to say that i dumped him as a dentist long ago and will encourage anyone who may be feeling the same way to do so. He is a money grab. Advised me to take my wisdom teeth out when it wasn't necessary. He completely ruined my smile by putting dental fillings in my gap without advising me that they would fall apart in time. I had to find a new dentist and pay for veneers because the job he did was so bad. Don't waste your time here, find a better practice to entrust your smile and money in! Zero stars.

My son had a great experience with Eagle Dental. Dentistry can be challenging with young children however the amazing and expressive staff made our visit smooth

I've been going here almost 10 years and the best hygienist who has ever attended to me is Giselle. She is very thorough, delicate and has extremely good bedside manners. I have sensitive teeth and this is the 1st time i have not experienced any pain or discomfort when getting my teeth cleaned.Unfortunately she is temporary staff and only there on relief. I highly recommend that she is made a permanent staff member because no other hygienist at the office can compare to her.She made my experience a 5 star.

The team at Eagle Ridge dental is amazing.From the minute you walk in, the front office staff is friendly and welcoming.The hygienists and dentists are patient and friendly.This is the best dental office I have ever used.

Dentist offices are not my favorite place, but Dr. Gill and his staff are very courteous and first rate.

I have HUGE dental anxiety that stem from previous dental experiences.All my concerns were validated, attentively listened to and my individual needs met.The staff team is AMAZING! It is extremely comforting to know they respect each other's work and that the staff reflect our local community; this just makes the overall experience that much better.I would not hesitate to recommend Eagle Ridge Dental Care for all your dental needs!

Today marks the last day of being a patient at Eagle Ridge Dental for 15+ years. The dental practitioners have been negligent in their treatment of my oral condition and failed to properly diagnose or treat my condition over the years. The doctors/hygienists have failed to fulfill their duty of care, and failed to uphold their responsibility to provide their best advice to patients to avoid serious dental concerns.Furthermore, anytime I have come to this dental office there is always a different hygienist and doctor that I am dealing with. Sometimes no doctor is in at all! It’s near impossible to establish a relationship and get proper care/treatment with someone who understands your oral history at this dental office. They take little to no notes during appointments and the information received is always different from one doctor/hygienist to the next. Very misleading…
