Pool is junk can’t get liner to fit even after they sent 2 . So after the 3 liner before we could install it pool blew down ?? Terrible pool

Had a pool tech install the sand filter and now after 4 months of use the multi port valve has a defect and I cant claim the warranty since I don't have the purchase receipt since it was purchased by the tech, who now disappeared on me.After contacting customer service and tech support and explaining the above, they still need a purchase receipt.That means no luck for me and I spent 800, including installation for a product that I need to purchase again.Should have refused to get a this brand installed, but I was desperate since my pool was loosing lots of water daily, due to an old multi port valve.Be aware and never accept this brand from your pool tech unless you can buy your self and save the receipt.Very disappointing.

Minutes after startup this season, my NovaJet (by Carvin) pool pump broke. This happened 4 weeks after the 2-year warranty expired! Unfortunately for me, the store from which it was purchased (Club P in Terrebonne), gave me the cold shoulder and would not even offer to help or offer some kind of reduced repair charge because it was out of warranty! Not good aftersales customer / support service! It was getting hot and I needed to get the pool running asap. Upset, I called CARVIN pool and was served by Mr. Jean-Noel in technical support and explained the situation. Incredibly, he did more than I could ever imagine a company would with a product out of warranty. Without knowing, he made the call to the store’s manager and gave the OK to completely replace my unit with a brand-new pump! Carvin would take the pump back, no questions asked! I suggest everyone looking for a pool pump to note the OEM manufacturer of the pump before purchase and consider Carvin products. This company exceeded my expectations in customer support, which in my opinion is lacking in today’s society!Good to know there are still some companies out there who value customer satisfaction.A BIG Thank you, Mr. Noel, and keep up the great service!(Traduit en français par Google)Quelques minutes après le démarrage cette saison, ma pompe de piscine NovaJet (par Carvin) s'est cassée. Pas bon service client / support après-vente ! Il faisait chaud et j'avais besoin de faire fonctionner la piscine dès que possible. J'ai appelé la compagnie CARVIN et j'ai été servi par M. Jean-Noël en support technique et j’ai expliqué la situation. Incroyablement, il a fait plus que je ne pourrais jamais imaginer qu'une entreprise le ferait avec un produit hors garantie. Sans le savoir, il a appelé le gérant du magasin et a donné son accord pour remplacer complètement mon appareil par une pompe toute neuve ! Carvin reprendrait la pompe, sans poser de questions ! Je suggère à tous ceux qui recherchent une pompe de piscine de noter le fabricant OEM de la pompe avant l'achat et je recommande les produits Carvin. Cette entreprise a dépassé mes attentes en matière de support client, ce qui, à mon avis, fait défaut dans la société d'aujourd'hui !Il est bon de savoir qu'il existe encore des entreprises qui accordent de l'importance à la satisfaction de leurs clients.Un GRAND merci, M. I had an issue with Carvin LED Starlight fixtures which were still within the warranty period. Jean- Noel from technical support was extremely responsive and helped resolve our problem by sending us a full replacement within one day. Thanks for the great service from a local supplier!

Ça fait 2 fois en 2 mois que j’installe le filtreur Carvin et que la cuve se fissure par un joint. Je comprends que le produit est sous garantie mais le trouble que cela emmène de vider la cuve des 6 sacs de sable mouillé pour la rapporter au détaillant et d’en réinstaller une neuve n’est pas une mince affaire. De plus, la garantie n’inclut pas la main d’œuvre pour l’installer, ni les 6 sacs de sable a remplacer et ni les produits chimiques pour stabiliser l’eau de la piscine à cause des jours sans filtration d’eau afin de restabiliser le pH d’eau de la piscine.Je ne conseille a personne l’achat de se filtreur Carvin.

Stay away from Pool Supplies Canada, no service, support and are useless to deal with after sales, bought a Carvin Pool motor, arrived defective , misery to get rservice and repair and reimbursement, fortunate I went through Paypal which is fighting my case.

J'ai eu un problème avec mon système au sel Ollo, cela a pris un peu de temps, cependant, la compagnie vient de m'en faire parvenir un nouveau.

Une des deux lumière LED Starlight Carvin ne fonctionne plus après seulement deux ans. Club piscine n'a pas installé le fils dans un tuyau et donc impossible à remplacer sans défaire l'aménagement paysager. Soyez informé et surveillez les détails

Very nice looking pool, very sturdy, fair price and great quality ! My family and I are super happy!
