Remix Dance

Remix Dance is an amazing place for children and adults to begin or excel in Hip Hop dance. They offer beginner and competitive classes for all age groups with quality instruction and energy that leaves you wanting more!

My daughter has been dancing with Remix for the past 3 years. She has danced with competitive groups and has also danced in 2 duos and one trio. She has loved all of her experiences with Remix. This past year, her duo even got chosen to dance at the World Cup in Whistler! The teachers are amazing and the choreographies are dynamic and challenging which my daughter thoroughly enjoys. Our competitive groups did very well this past competition season. I would highly recommend this dance school for both competitive and recreational dancers.

We've been with remix since 2013. My daughter has been dancing at a competitive level with Remix since then. Remix is an amazing dance academy and the focus on hip hop is top notch. The teachers are all amazing and have a passion for the art of dance. We love the competitions and our favourite has to be the Hit the Floor comp that we've participated in (and won) for many years. Bonnie is the owner, and she is such an inspiration to all the dancers who've had the opportunity to train with her. She's a dancer herself and she really knows how to practice what she preaches". J'ai dansé six ans avec Remix Hip Hop Dance Academy, y compris quatre ans parmis des groupes compétitifs. Lors de mon expérience, j'ai créé des liens avec des gens extraordinaires que je peux maintenant appeler mes amis. Cela dit, il n'y a pas qu'avec mes coéquipiers et mes coéquipières que j'ai créé des liens. Mes enseignantes étaient toujours là pour nous et j'en suis extrêmement reconnaissante, surtout en temps de compétition! Elles étaient également bilingues et s'assuraient que tout le monde comprenait avant de poursuivre la leçon. De plus, nous avions des chorégraphes invités pour créer une partie de nos danses compétitives, ce qui était très amusant! Tous ces facteurs contribuaient à l'élément presque familial de Remix. Au fil des années, nous sommes devenus une grande famille liés par la même passion, soit la danse.

I've been with remix for the last five years and it has been one of the best experiences of my life so far. Remix offers professional, challenging, and fun classes for dancers of all levels and ages, including recreational and competitive. This school gives the students the chance to create an amazing bond with not only their team members but the dedicated teachers as well. Dancing with this school you really feel like part of a family thanks to the many dedicated teachers who work extremely hard and to the director for her constant support and words of encouragement. This school is welcoming and judgement free allowing for a fun and welcoming environment where people can share their love for dance.

My daughter has been dancing since she was 4 yrs old with Remix and now age 12 she still loves it. The teachers - instructors dedication is outstanding. Keep up the great work.
