Food is generally good, but there is a recurring issue with getting no chili sauce with the chili even after specifically asking for it at the drive through. I don't want to hold up the drive thru to go through the bag to double check. Seems like a small thing and if it were an isolated incident, 8t wouldn't matter, but it happens nearly every time, and I go there regularly.

I can’t believe this!!! I got served raw bacon poutine. They made me a new one but completely messed up the toppings and didn’t add everything I ordered to the dish. They haven’t even apologized and they also misgendered me too!!! I am a very frequent customer here but looks like I won’t be coming back anytime soon after this treatment. It’s plain disrespect and I won’t tolerate it. I hope Wendy’s is happy they lost a consistent customer for good!!!

Was passing through the area and placed an order on the app, picked up through the drive thru and food was fresh, fries were fresh. Service was good.

I have been customer from Wendys for so long and every time I come there's this manager called jaspinder , she has no respect for her crew , she's always yelling at them in front of the customers , so disrespectful , I went to get food and I had a coupon for free fries and it wasn't working . when I asked her for help she refused to and sent another girl that wasn't even manager , she doesn't know what she's doing , you better train your managers better and make them respect the crew or you guys are gonna have no one to work .

The team was nice, food is good but why i put three stars only, because something related to customer safety, if you see in the picture below you will see the entrance’s floor was damaged and need to fix, and this area very risk to every customers specially the disability ppl

This was a surprise on our trip - we didn't expect much going in and left really looking forward to returning. The food was delicious, both of us having the single burger. Full of flavour! The fries were nice, although they didn't seem to have much salt on them and it didn't taste much more than potato. We had a Chocolate Frosty which was really lovely, and was recommended to us by a friend who previously visited. The service was as expected for going to a fast food place - nice to talk to, but understandably very quick and rushed. All in all, a good place to eat in you're looking for a quick bite.

Disgusting! And an upset stomach!Sour cream with the baked potato was really sour (pun intended). Look at the photo... it originally melted then refrigerated then served! Gave me an upset stomach. Disgusting! Wendy's your service has slipped!

I asked for fresh fries. I got cold fries with a lot of salt and everything that I asked for. I did not receive so I had to circle back around through the drive-thru to get everything that I originally ordered and then on top of that I'm there talking to the cashier and they're talking to their co-worker and their native tongue. So I had no idea what was being said about my order. I won't be going back to this Wendy's ever again.
