Rose Sharon Nail

This is now one of my favourite places to get my nails done! I had Anya~ I was in a rush and told her to go as quickly as she could. She was very polite and patient with my nails and she was extremely professional, still keeping to my tight schedule. My nails turned out WAY better than I was expecting considering I was rushing her. I know that if she had more time, and I asked for more detail, it would look even better than it already does. I will be back again for sure!! Thank you Anya :)

I had a really lovely visit here. I was lucky they were able to get me in for a mani/pedi. Anya was a lovely person to chat with while I got my nails done. The space is open, bright and clean. The staff were friendly, sweet and fun. My nails looked terrific and I appreciated the attention to detail. I’ll definitely be back. $55 for a regular polish manicure and pedicure is a great price.

Got a pedicure done here and they did a great job. Prices were great. Happy with services.However, upon getting home, I waited 2 hours before putting on socks. When I did, all the nail polish smudged. When I called to inform them, they said that nail polish takes 3 hours to dry. I have not had to wait 3 hours in the past for nail polish to dry and if this is the case, they should inform their customers as I am sure I’m not the only person putting close toed shoes on 2 hours post pedicure in December.In their defense, they did offer to fix it, but said I would have to come in right away as they closed soon.I was not in the area and unable to do so.Again, they did a good job of the pedicure as a whole. But just wanted to provide a word of caution as I don’t believe their customer service was the best solution to the problem at hand. Seeing as I was unable to make it within the 30 minute window, I wish an alternative time was provided.

Every visit is always a wonderful experience at Rose Sharon. They have many gorgeous design samples to choose from, but when I bring a photo in I saw online Sharon re-creates it expertly no matter how challenging, even humming birds ;) THEY CARE & take the time to make sure you’re getting what you came for. I would highly recommend anyone coming here.

Sharon gave me a pedicure today and she did such an amazing job! She took her time to clean my toes/feet so thoroughly and she painted my toe nails flawlessly. You can tell by how meticulously that she treated my toes and feet that she is a true professional. Thank you so much Sharon. I highly recommend this nail salon to anyone needing a pedicure!

where do i even start. when i called to make an appointment, the person who answered the phone was SO SO SO sweet and friendly which immediately made me like this place because making phone calls is always really stressful especially when you’re making an appointment.my friend and i got there early, they immediately were ready and got us started. the staff is SO nice they were so sweet to us. sharon is such a wonderful person and is really talented. she gave me the best set of acrylics i’ve ever received and was soooo careful to pay attention to details and make sure my set was perfect, especially considering the fact that i had horribly bitten nails. she took extra steps to make sure my nails would be comfortable and stay on my tiny bitten nails which i really really appreciate.i unfortunately didn’t catch the name of the lady who did my friend’s nails but she was so sweet to us and my friends nails looked incredible and were EXACTLY what she asked for.i didnt get a pedicure but i was there when they were cleaning out the foot bath after someone’s pedicure and i can say for certain that they do a great job of cleaning out the tub after each person!!!overall, this place is the best and i highly recommend you go there. i am never going anywhere else.edit: i forgot to mention how beautiful it is inside and how well ventilated it is. it doesn’t smell like nail salon so if you’re sensitive to scents, this is the place for you. also the price is so great. $60 for a full set of acrylics this nice !!?!?? sign me UP.

I can't recommend this store enough. They have the best service. I lost three diamonds on my nails I had done in Vancouver. They fix it for free every time, even though it's not done in their store.

DO NOT GO HERE!Sharon did my nails and it was a terrible experience. She started off by filing my natural nails SO much that I had to tell her twice that was was hurting me. She ignored my request in length and shape. The nails are all different shapes, lengths, thickness and two nails have acrylic build up under the nails. Once I left I inspected my nails and called the salon to tell them I was not satisfied, they asked for me to come in for them to take a look. The next day I returned to show them how terrible the nails were, they asked me to return the next day when the owner/manager was in for a refund. I then came back the next day AGAIN (3 days in a row!!!) for the owner to tell me my nails were not bad and she would fix a few of the mistakes. I asked for a refund and to have my money back and she refused stating they are not terrible" I asked for my money back once more and she laughed at me. I will not be returning for her to "fix" my nails. If you are going to risk coming here I would only suggest Anya or Kate. I will be taking my business elsewhere.Edit: responding to the reply. Why would I have someone fix my nails who was incorrectly filing and hurting me? Also why would I return to an establishment where the owner laughs at you when your explaining you are unhappy with their service? I was 100% told to return the next day when the owner/manager was in for a refund only to be rejected. I will be adding photos soon."

We were looking for a last minute appointment for a friend before her wedding and the staff at Rose Sharon were very accommodating. We never felt as though they were rushing the appointment (gel nail extensions) and they took care to check-in throughout to ensure we were happy with the look and design. Very clean and comfortable space with friendly staff. I’ve booked back in for another appointment and I would highly recommend!

I just wanted to say a BIG thank you to the team at this salon. I first went to Rose Sharon last week for a pedicure, and oh my, the attention to detail was just amazing, and the salon is SO clean.Today I went back for a manicure (because I loved my pedicure so much), and Alice did my nails wonders. They were damaged and weak, but she took such good care of my nails and was really gentle with them. I won't go anywhere else anymore :)Thanks Alice and the rest of the team. I feel ready for Xmas now!
