Brock Doors and Windows Ltd.

We had 3 large windows in our home replaced by Brock Doors & Windows. Dave Shepherd their salesperson was very knowledgeable, and friendly. He went out of his way to follow up on my behalf. The installers were excellent. They were friendly, quick and very efficient. After 3 days we noticed a crack in one of the windows, I contacted Dave and within a coulpe of days I was contacted by Brock Doors & Windows. The window (under warranty) was replaced within 3 weeks. I would recommend this company with no hesitation.

This is our second time purchasing windows from Brock. A few years ago we purchased new windows for our second floor. Immediately, we felt the difference in our home comfort. No more drafty windows. This year we ordered new windows on our main floor and new patio doors. Again, we felt the comfort and energy savings. The installation team was great. They were courteous, fast, and cleaned up all materials before they left. I like the clean look of our new windows. I highly recommend Brock Windows because they were professional, easy to work with and did an excellent job.

We think they look lovely. We have received many positive comments from friends and neighbours. The installation was smooth and professional. You know at first I thought it be a great idea to replace my windows. Yes the project was expensive but the sound isolation, the savings from heat loss will make it worth while. Now I am sorry, I had replaced my front door replaced, my bay window and four windows upstairs. The issues started almost at once, first issue the took out the Bay Window and found the new window did not fit.... the contractor spent very long days demolishing and installing the new Bay Window. Ok if it does not fit or work on my Townhouse what would be wrong with leaving the old window ? Now the trim did not look professional but to their credit they fixed the trim, however the shelf in the kitchen was only half finished..... I did not complain but I am not good with home repairs over two years later it still is half done. The front door the old door was over 25 years old when it got cold the lock jammed, guess what first winter and second winter The door jammed" during cold weather. Now as the worst case being in the wrong place at the wrong time

We are repeat customers because the first door at our previous house turned out so well. The salesman Chris came to our house and explained options and pricing. He also met us at the store to look at the door samples. The door was installed during Covid19 and the installers followed all the needed procedures to insure everyone's safety. The door really modernized the house and we have got many compliments. We would not hesitate to use Brock Doors and Windows again.

Excellent Windows! After contacting a few window companies for product options & pricing, our decision to go with Brock Doors & Windows was easy! Our product professional, Kristian Garfield, provided an accurate detailed quotation & Brock’s pricing was very affordable, considering we were getting triple pane at a similar price to the double pane products from the other Companies. Installation was as scheduled, all 7 windows were installed in one day. Our property was left very clean. The installer’s attention to detail when installing the interior trim was amazing. We have received many very positive comments from neighbours about how great the windows look, we choose the black exterior & it makes our house look super modern. We are VERY happy! Brock Windows Ltd. was timely and very efficient in the job they did.Installers Cina and Riva installed 3 windows, one pictured from inside from two angles. It was raining that day and they finished the job within the time frame ( and window frame ..ha ha) estimated; cleaned up the place neatly and were a pleasure to deal with!!!Kudos to Brock and their staff, generally.

Worst dealings I've had with a company. The person assigned to deal with me never returned calls until I phoned her boss, and he never returned my call either. Door handle wasn't delivered with the door and when they brought one finally it was the wrong one that was for the other side of the door and handle was ordered with the door. The installers were awesome, they made the door handle work until they finally brought the right one 2 weeks after door was installed. They did a great job with the install of the door. The screen I ordered for the door was never ordered until I threatened to cancel the screen. I was told the screen install would happen as soon as the door was installed. When I spoke to the screen installer, (separate company), he told me that Brock tells people that all the time and it's not how it works. It seems that right from the sales person to the person you deal with, no one wants to communicate with their customers. One door took a total of 3 weeks to install and fully complete. Had I have known that this was the treatment I was going to get by this company, I never would have hired them. This rating is not for the Scarborough store, those people were helpful as well, this is for head office Brampton. Also add this all the phone numbers on their contracts or ads for different locations get transfered to Brampton. None of the showrooms have phones, ridiculous! As I said installers were great, and even their door quality is great, customer service from head office sucks.

Couldn't ask for a better Window and Door company that changed out 5 windows and 1 sliding patio door. Installers Mark and Chase where clean and efficient with placement of the full rip out's and replacement windows.Some people like the 45 degree bay window but I did not want to be like the Jones's" and choose the 30 degree .........and happy I did.The triple pane North Star windows are beautiful and I could not be happier thanks Brock!!Lawrence R"

When we decided to renovate our kitchen/family room, Brock was one of the companies we talked with. Our sales rep assigned to us from Brock was Phil C. He had a vision for our family room that included opening up the windowed wall to the patio and installing sliding glass doors. This was a sizeable job, as our family room was built as a sunroom and is covered in windows out to our yard. Well of course we used Brock Windows. Phil was terrific from start to finish. So good in fact that we just ordered a new door/side light for our front from him.
