I can't believe that other insurance firms don't learn a lesson from Galon! They are very easy to deal with. I have been to a few other insurance firms and have had nothing but nose in the air service. *cough* Cook insurance. I went into Galon recently and was helped by a guy who was on his second day, and he aced it! Obviously, they train their staff very well. Thanks again for staying open late and understanding that not everyone can do personal tasks during work hours.

They’ve always been super friendly. The staff are super nice. I called to renew my license and it’s sometimes really hard because the hold times take a little while but they have an option of call back which is very useful. What’s not fair is if you get disconnected mid call or if you can’t hear me when you’re calling back I should be able to get another call back. I shouldn’t completely have to wait all over again just because a connection issue happened. I was driving when they called back and they must’ve not have heard me and hung up on me. Otherwise the place is really good.

Every year I promise myself I won't wait until the last day of my birth month to renew my license, but it still happens more often than not. This year required a new picture. Galon was open til 9pm on a Friday before a long weekend, with 5 front-end staff working full tilt. All staff were professional, friendly, and got the job done. No eye rolling or sighs, which I full-on expected at this 11th hour. They were all lovely and carried out their duties with ease. 5 stars!

We have dealt with this company for over 25 years. Customer service is top notch. They even have a notary public on staff. They handle all our auto and house insurance policies and always find us the best policy to fit our needs. I highly recommend them to anyone needing the services they provide.

Absolutely horrible location have never once had a good experince here. Called in today a Sunday to confirm that I could renew a package policy today was told yes went down to location waited in line for 30 mins and was told Sorry we have no one in today" asked to speak to a manager as I called in and was told "Sorry we have people in today but they are busy training and can't help you" even though I called in to confirm I could do it today they absolutely refused to do anything. Misinformation

Good service once you get to talk to someone. Call return" function doesn't work. I have been trying to talk to a representative since 1:30. It is now 4:05. They used to be responsive. I have been a customer for 5 years. Today I was trying to make changes to my auto policy.Update - I did get through after numerous hiccups with call backs and transfers and waiting. Kyra was very good and accomplished exactly what I was asking for."
