Cashiers need to be a bit more happier and less grumpy specially the lady with the white hair, except the guy with the blonde long hair... He is the best!!

Very disappointed with management of this location. Have been coming here for years with no issues. Dylan the manager tried to prevent me from returning a product which I was dissatisfied with even though I had original packaging, original receipt, had only been used once, and it had only been one day.When asked why I could not return it he could not provide an explanation and only after having him read the return policy multiple times plus wasting 30+ min of my time did he provide me with a return. I feel as though the manager should be aware of his stores own policies. He still refused to provide a full refund and only returned as store credit. He then proceeded to state that I should not expect to be able to return things in the future and acted as if he was doing me a favour.Very disappointed by this experience and would like proper follow up from Rexall as Dylan is a poor representation of this company.

I was very pleased this evening when I called the pharmacy to ask for clarification with some medications that I’ve been taking. Amit, the pharmacist on duty was fantastic! I found him to be very knowledgeable and patient, but most importantly, I didn’t feel like “just another number”, which is all to common in today’s world. He actively listened to what I had to say and was genuine in his approach. He took the time necessary to address and answer all of my questions/concerns ( and there were many) and not once did I feel rushed.Thanks again.

I've gotten my prescription from this store for 3 almost 4 years, but never again. After accusing my partner of stealing and claiming they have video of it (my partner doesnt even shop there), I will no longer be supporting this location or any other rexall. I highly recommend going to shoppers drug Mart instead where they don't racially profile every indigenous customer that comes through the door.

This is my favorite pharmacy I have ever been to! The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and caring. They always took the extra time and care into making my experience a pleasant one.From the student staff, to the owners themselves, every pharmacist who has helped me has been excellent at offering advice and precautions. They have even called to check up on me after I started taking a new medication to make sure I got home OK! They are truly caring, and their service is absolutely worth the wait, there is a reason why they are a busy pharmacy, and that is because the staff are all great!

Really great pharmacy. They are interested and friendly, and, most importantly, knowledgeable. My medication regime is a little unusual, and they are right on top of it. They've also made suggestions that can save me money. One of the best pharmacies I've used.

I have been going to this pharmacy, for a very long time. They continue to impress, with the care and knowledge they show me. Especially as someone with a complex medical history. A special shout out to Jasmine, who goes above and beyond to make sure that I am satisfied with an understanding of my prescriptions, how they relate to my other conditions, and seems to genuinely care about my well-being. I wouldn't go anywhere else , and I'm grateful to have them as part of my medical team

I bought some stuff here for my grandma (who's unable to pick it up herself) and forgot something, so after I finished lunch at Tim Hortons, I returned to pickup the thing I forgot and asked to use the washroom. No public washroom" the pharmacist and the manager said

No explanation for price increase.My first two doses of gardasil were $260 each (which is apparently already on the expensive side). The third was $390!Did you know that you can shop around pharmacies? And some will be better priced than others? It's not always drug manufacturers setting the high prices, sometimes it's the pharmacy itself trying to gouge you!
