Missing Link has been the only successful ISP for my location. I feel they never took this for granted and always gave immediate response to my concerns and has always been very good at communicating troubleshooting techniques or network repairs/maintenance that affected my services. They have provided me with some of the best customer service I've experienced anywhere. I feel their prices and plan options are very good quality. I strongly recommend inquiring with Missing Link to see what services they provide in your area.

The worst, slowest internet I have ever experienced. Paying $100/month and it can’t even support two people being online. It has been this way for at least a year and there has been no attempt to fix it, despite complaints, they just say on their end it’s fine. Customer service is garbage.

I have been with missing link for almost two years now and I have had nothing but problem. I have had more time without internet then I have with it. It is always disconnected I feel like I have been ripped off for two years. I will say that the service people have always been very nice and always willing to help. But I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
