This place is an exceptional clinic!! From the friendly, helpful and knowledgeable receptionist, and clinic assistant, Mrs. Browne, to her talented son, Mr. William Browne Jr. ( I didn't have the pleasure of meeting denturist William Browne Sr. because her son did all of my work from start to finish).I was very fortunate to have almost 90% of the cost covered by MCP under my medical disability income support allowance. This clinic worked quickly and efficiently with MCP to enable me to get my work done with them in record time.. given my dire other personal circumstances...in addition to my dire dental situation.This family-run clinic is so accommodating and caring; I couldn't have chosen a better place to go,for my first ever partial plates!!William Browne Jr. is such a sweet, kind and compassionate man,.. polite, funny and laid- back, as well. He is also very skilled and professional... with many years of experience behind him...and their local, history-making family business.. dating back 3 generations as the 1st ever denture clinic in St.John's!Because of my unfortunate dental situation occuring relatively suddenly, unexpectedly and recently in my life ,over the last 7 months, and also going through the worst, life-altering emergency situations of my entire lifetime..(all at once!), and also because I am moving much farther away next week... William wanted to be able to get the work done for me a month sooner than it would have normally taken him to do.. and he did!! He also, I believe, helped to encourage my faster- than- normal estimate approval from MCP!When I saw my smile restored to its natural attractive, straight and white condition... I couldn't help but cry...happy tears!! Yes, it will take some time to get used to wearing the partial plates , but they look like my natural teeth; I can't see the difference. I was SO happy ,and relieved, to now be able to smile again, talk to people in person again, to eat with people again.. and to be able to sing in front of people again!!! I just received my partial plates today...so I am looking forward to doing all of those things.. again..at last!I highly recommend William Brown Jr. and their clinic (including their on-site lab)..a five-star experience from beginning to end!Thank you to William (and to his Mom, Carolyn),.. for all of your work and kind help... and for changing my daily life for the better, going forward from today!Thank you for all of my future smiles!!Sincerely....
