Great customer service and excellent quality sod. Even though I had a small residential order (15 rolls), they offered to stay past business hours so I can travel and pick it up on time. They even offered to take back rolls I could not fit in my vehicle even though by that time, they could have potentially become dried out and would have been unable to be re-sold. Overall, excellent experience.

Their truck speeds past my house at more than 25km over the 50 speed limit putting everyone in my neighbourhood in danger. It's not a small truck, it's huge and towing a large trailer with a backhoe on it. If they care as much about the quality of their job as they care about following the law and posted speed limits I would choose another company to put down your sod. If you don't care about your kids, pets, or neighbours safety then hire these guys.

Had spoken to Jenna on Thursday afternoon and made arrangements to have 825 sq ft delivered to a customer's house on Saturday morning 9 am. Had a team waiting this morning to install the sod @ 9 am. The sod never came nor they didnt have the decency to return a call. I also tried calling them multipletimes, No answer. I had to pay the team outta pocket for a wasted day and also made me look foolish in front my customer. I take part responsibility for putting my trust in such an incompetent and unreliable company. I do not recommend, try else where.
