Hands down one of the best gyms I've been to. Coaches, trainers and staff are all amazing. Facilities are clean and environment is warm/welcoming. Couldn't recommend this place enough. Keep up the good stuff MMT!

I joined just about over a year now and feel like I’ve progressed substantially throughout the process. I’ve met so many great people to train with that push me everyday and we bring out the best in each other. The coaches and staff are very friendly and give a true Muay Thai experience to the fullest.

I joined MMT in January. The gym I went to previously didn’t offer classes during the day anymore and due to my schedule, I was only able to train in the mornings or afternoons. So I figured -let’s try this gym out. I could not be any happier. I found a second home. I love the style of Muay Thai that they teach. I love the atmosphere. I love the people. I love the every aspect of MMT. I went from 201 pounds to 178.8 currently. I can’t say enough good things about MMT. I am just so glad I found this gym. I LOVE Muay Thai and am completely addicted to it.Whenever I am having a hard day - MMT seems to always cheer me up when I get there to train. It’s been an exceptionally amazing experience!!!!

I gotta say, my son is totally hooked on MMT. They're freaking awesome in every way. The coaches are legit and know their stuff, but what really sets them apart is how tight-knit the team is. It's like they're one big family, always looking out for each other and never trying to one-up each other. It's just a chill vibe all around.

This is one of the best gyms for Muay Thai in North America. The facility ,culture and instruction are all top notch. Gym doesn’t have showers which is surprising for something so high-end

I was looking for something with a regular schedule to challenge me and help me achieve a healthier lifestyle, and was advised that muay thai might be a fun thing to try. I was apprehensive.. an older solo person, inactive physicslly and with zero experience - it was very intimidating to walk through the door.. but push yourself to do it! You will not regret it. I have been going steadily to beginner classes since April, and have always found the staff supportive, patient, and very welcoming. I have, in 8 months achieved more than I was able with a year of gym with a personal trainer. I feel good, more confident, and glad to have stumbled into MMT and would highly recommend it to anyone.

This is my home! MMT is the best place if you are looking for safe space to explore fitness and Muay Thai. I joined over 2 years ago and I have seen myself grow physically and mentally. I made friends who turned into my family and continuously grow with them everyday. If you're looking for authentic Muay Thai and great energy this is the place to be. They also have classes from 6am all the way to 7pm, provide for ages as young as 3 years old, and an all women's class so there is something for everyone.

Best gym around hands down, and the most supportive community. Everyone is so welcoming. You’re encouraged to learn and grow even if you’ve never set foot in a gym before. Family friendly, female friendly, no “meat-head” mentality, and so much love! Can’t say enough good things about this place!

I wish there was an option to give Milton Muay Thai a 10 star rating as I feel a 5 star isn’t enough to measure how incredible this gym/facility is. Both of my boys have been coming here for a bit over a year now and I have to say this place feels like home away from home and the boys absolutely love it. They leave the class sweaty, confident, proud and disciplined. The coaches are incredible with the kids and the entire team at Muay Thai is just phenomenal. If you are on the fence, this is your sign to go for it - become a member of the best gym in all of the GTA, your kiddos and yourself will thank you later :)
