I recently had an issue with my alarm while I was away. They sent a technician to my house to disarm the alarm after one of my young children set the alarm while I was at work and they were home with a sitter. The technician that came to the house was so nice and taught my oldest son some things about the system. This company is absolutely amazing and when I was in a panic they did everything possible to help!! Thank you so much again :)

Signed up about 4 years ago and have had no issues. I appreciate the calls of concern when I forget to turn alarm off in garage or am burning food. I moved this summer and Gabriel and Lane hooked me back up and didn't miss a beat. I also had a certificate the same day to provide my insurance provider. I have recommended Summus to family, friends and connections at work looking for alarm or camera services.
