Unfortunately it's touch and go regarding quality of what you will receive (I only order coffee ever). My last visit, not just at the bottom of my cup, but the entire thing was FULL of grinds which made for an unpleasant experience, this was not the first time either so it's worth mentioning. I wasn't able to return to get it remedied so obviously feel I threw money in the garbage (again) which is annoying.On the upside, they appear to have gotten rid of some extremely rude male graveyard staff, a new younger..ish female seems to have replaced some of these shifts; she at least knows what she is doing and serves the correct product. ALWAYS top notch customer service is offered by Joanne when on graveyard shift (who appears to still be away though after surgery).Edit: I had to drop this to 1 star finally since the grinds at the bottom has become an almost regular occurrence and not minimal or being overly picky, I have included a photo of the most recent cup which was tasted within the first few sips since there were SO many, after dumping it into another cup I was rather surprised at what I saw and once again threw money in the garbage being unable to return to get it fixed.More and more disappointed in this location and I now drive 25 minutes there and back to the Wyoming location to ensure a decent coffee. Overall I rarely go to Tim's any longer, am saving a decent amount, am not starting off my morning commute frustrated and make a great cup of coffee at home to take with me, worth every penny after investing in a new coffee maker and things needed...without grinds in my coffee any longer.

You would figure that when the order is shown on a monitor 3 feet from your face you would be able to properly get orders right, don't know how many times I've gotten wrong food or incomplete orders. Would recommend driving to reeces corners

1 star so owner is aware coffee is not being stirred on midnights among other things.You are staffing 2 who have absolutely zero experience and expecting them to run a buisness for 8 hours.

Come here to listen to two old ladies tear on new employees, I stop here every morning before work and it never fails to see Pam and the other girl literally screaming at the foreign guys like they are puppets, it’s to the point it’s almost awkward to sit and wait for my food as I listen to the poor guys get torn into every morning, I worked there as a kid and it was never like that, I can only imagine what they say when a customer isn’t around.

Bring a spoon… if you get a coffee before 8am it won’t be stirred, I’m not trying to be rude but the “travellers” working the early morning shifts just won’t stirr a cup. It’s a everyday thing for months where my morning coffee on the way to work is gross, and the one on the way home after 5 is always made right. Customer service is always good but they need to stiffen up on the night/early AM folks

I am really disappointed that you no longer offer the option of Whole Wheat Buns for your sandwiches, soup & chilli. I am a Type 2 Diabetic. I am not allowed white bread. I know I’m not the only diabetic to eat at your establishment. Please bring back the whole wheat bun.

This place has gone down the gutter. I live in petrolia and would prefer to avoid it at all cost. Staff don’t know their food items, order is wrong every. single. time., staff is extremely slow and incompetent, wait times in lines exceed 20 minutes at times. Honestly ridiculous establishment at this point. don’t bother

I would rate a 0 if I could. I had the worst customer service. I was having car troubles in drive through and all they did was yell at me about ruining their drive thru times. Then when I called to talk to a manager the rude supervisor who yelled at me told me “I’m all your gunna get”Do not recommend

Went through the drive through with my brand new car. they gave me a cup that was flattened on the rim so the lid had no chance of holding on when the cup was removed from the tray the lid fell right off and coffee went all over the car seat and the center console. It took me over an hour to clean up the mess.
