Longley Harley-Davidson

First time I've been to their shop in 10 yrs, so this is the first for the new shop. It's very nice, lots to choose from. Not far from town if you want to catch lunch before heading home. Great customer service.

This past winter Longley's picked up my bike in order to install new tires etc on my 2018 LTD Anniversary. While there I had them install a Cam kit as well. Longley's provided Great service and a pretty much painless experience (especially in the off-season) without any hassles. My bike runs flawless, now that the warm weather is finally here... Thanks to Bob, Andrew and the entire crew!!!

I broke down in Peterborough today (an hour and a half from home). I called and spoke to Andrew, he showed up within 10 minutes with a new battery at a reasonable price and he even had a debit machine for payment. I was on my way in 15 minutes. Many many thanks to Andrew, Longleys and Harley-Davidson.

It's all about the attitude and everyone at Longley's gets a 10 out of 5 stars from me. Have been in alot of Harley dealerships and as it stands I will travel for miles to shop there.

What a great experience, this was my 1st bike, James and all the staff were amazing. Welcome to the Family" was the icing on the cake. Met with Josh in parts who gave me lots of free stuff and walked me through all the parts and accessories and Jesse helped me pick out the perfect helmet. Would highly recommend this dealership. Found a bike if interest. Price seems right. However i was disappointed at the small variety of clothing and accessories. Was looking for a new belt and there is only 2 to choose from. Shirts are nothing to write about. Left empty handed

Nice staff. Not a huge store but it's not a huge town either. Had a couple really nice bikes in there. They gave me points just to register which was a nice bonus. Might come back to spend them.

I have never written a review for a business before, but this morning I was dumbfounded.Recently moved to Ontario, and am ready to buy my first new bike since moving to the area.I walked into Longley Harley Davidson this morning to buy a CVO Road Glide that I had already confirmed was in stock.Upon arrival, I was at no point greeted or offered any assistance.I walked over to the bike I want, there was a price tag with the breakdown hanging from the throttle, but no sold sign or anything on the seat. After looking over the bike for a few minutes, and still being ignored, I swung my leg over to have a seat and see how it feels.Immediately I started being yelled at from across the store, “Get off! Get off! Get off! Get off!”, as Bob Longley ran over yelling “That bike is sold” and “You need to ask before sitting on a bike”.I got off, told him to have a nice day, and walked out of the store.I’ve been riding my entire life, been buying Harley’s for the last 10 years. I’ve ridden everywhere in North America, through countless Harley dealerships, and never have I been so disrespected. I have never been in a Harley dealership where there was a no sitting policy, let alone treated like that for sitting on the bike I intended to ride away this morning.I guess trying to support the local guys and small dealerships is pointless. They must not need the business from their lack of customer service, so I will be taking my $60K elsewhere.Good luck.
