Brandt Tractor in Clairmont treat their employees like disposable garbage!!!! They hired a friend of mine for what was supposed to be a “long term, full time receptionist position” but turns out it was just all a viscious set up. You see their company does not hire short term positions, so the Clairmont branch must have set up a scheme to falsely advertise for a “long term receptionist” position but their plan all along was to hire someone to do all the paperwork (that their current receptionist fell months behind on) and then fire them!! They fired her on the EXACT day she finished all their paperwork and filing. Big, Huge, Fat coincidence!! And because she worked for them for less than 90 days, they’ve broken no labour laws by firing her without warning and without cause. Did I mention she’s a single mother and she turned down other two other jobs for this position??? Yup. Don’t support a company like this. Absolutely disgusting.
