It is our great pleasure to write a ‘Thank You Note’ here to express our gratitude to the CuraFlo team for the re-piping work they have done in our building recently and especially in our suite.Frankly, at the beginning we were very anxious about the re-piping project, imagining what would happen to our brand new kitchen.After observing your crew working in our suite during the first couple of weeks, we felt much relieved knowing that we are in good hands!We truly appreciate the excellent work your team has done to date from the drywall/tile/mirror removal to the piping work and then the drywall/tile restoration, etc.Despite all kinds of challenges due to COVID-19 pandemic, the CuraFlo team has managed the project very well. It has been pretty much on schedule as per the original plan and all the required tasks have been well done to our complete satisfaction.We also want to take this opportunity to extend our ‘special thanks’ to René, the on-site foreman. Good afternoon,I would like to tell you, Vinnie, Paul, Tom, Collin, Ryan, Alesha and the rest of the Curaflo Team are absolutely the best contract crew I have had the pleasure to work with.They worked they’re @#$@$ off in some very difficult places, yet kept their humour and professionalism at its highest, even when they had injuries.I’m sure you are aware we had a couple of units that were very difficult to work with, without getting a dozen questions or complaints (there is always someone), the crew was patient and answered when they could. The crew did everything to make the repairs as easy for residents to deal with as possible.Please extended these thoughts to all.Thank you,Pacific Pointe Council

Very rude receptionist. I would avoid going to this place.

We recently had Curaflo coat our domestic pipes and I would like to thank all the workers from both Viny's crew (started) and Joey's crew (completed) as well as Karl, Randy and the office.They were a pleasure to work with, they worked hard and quietly from beginning to end. All of my tenant had wonderful comments, regarding the workers and their work ethics as they continued working throughout the project. What was also wonderful was many of the neighbouring building commented on how polite, hard working and quiet the whole crew was throughout the project.Any issue that occurred was dealt with immediately and professionally.They met every goal, everyday, and finished an 8 week project on time. They were very knowledgeable but if they didn't have an answer, you just had to email Karl and he responded immediately explaining in detail the answers to your questions.The end product is great! I'm looking forward to no more pin hole leaks and the knowledge that I will no longer be drinking the minerals and debris from the rusty copper pipes!I am extremely happy with the entire job and I would recommend them over and over!

Very bad company and bad management, they are not working on schedule and they don't care about your home and your health.Do not work with this company.
