I have trying to call 5 times and no one answer the phone. The last time I call, the lady be very rude to me and ask me why am I keep calling??? I guess that is the way your company treat the customers. Especially the receptionist is the best!! She hang off my phone when I ask her name.

Being a newcomer in the drilling and sampling industry proved to be a bit tough for me. However receiving terra firma as subcontractors was always a huge help especially with the driller and drill helper PJ and Todd. I received them as my drillers quite a few times working on different projects. They were the most helpful and nicest people to work with. Apart from helping me with sampling they taught me a lot about the industry itself. They are an excellent duo and working with them makes the jobs much more easier. I have immense respect for both of them.

We hired the service of Terra Firma sometime ago we would get their services again if not for the woman who answers the phone and facilitate their services. The company should give her lesson 101 for good customer service and professionalism. She is nasty and rude. Terra Firma should pay attention to this review so the interest of their company to their future and existing customers and clients will not be jeopardized.

The crews who did the work were punctual, polite and kept the site clean.I am a field engineer and when my company calls Terra Firma for drilling service, I meet with a friendly and very professional and responsible driller, not to mention their industry knowledge. This makes them our first choice when we need geotechnical and environmental drilling.
