With so many plumbers to choose from I was extremely happy to have Mike come to fix an issue with a septic pump. I was surprised he offered to diagnose the problem over the phone to save me a visit and the associated costs. When we determined that it needed his expertise to come look at it, he was very accommodating to my schedule and was able to come that very evening. I would definitely recommend Mike as he is one of the most trustworthy people I have ever hired for a job. He is well deserving of his 5-star rating on Google.

Mike is extremely professional, and honestly goes out of his way to save his clients money. He’s extremely honest and only takes on a job if he genuinely believes there’s a problem - otherwise, he just tells you how to fix the issue simplify to save you costs. Saw van while driving, decided to call because I had a drain snake that was stuck in my tub. Mike responded promptly, unfortunately he did not service condos BUT he was more than willing to give me advice over the phone for FREE to which I was able to, from his advice, get the drain snake out of the tub. When I asked him to let me pay for his time he refused. To me that signaled a very caring and professional plumber(person); he helped me when he could have just said sorry we do not do work in condos. I would recommend him 100%. Thanks again Mike!

My kitchen sewer and toilet was blocked and I called Drain jobs, Mike pick up call, he quickly arranged an appointment for me. The price is very valuable comparing with what he had done for me. It was not an easy job, my sewer pipe from block to septic is long and always cause problem in the past, but his professional work turn out the drain very smooth and without tearing anything down. His profession, caring for customer and nice service manor make them the best in the plumbing service. I will recommend them to everyone.

Mike came over recently to replace my old copper plumbing in the basement with Pex. He came around bright and early in the morning and after discussing the plan for a few minutes went ahead and did the replacement over the next few hours. When done, he performed tests to ensure there were no leaks (there were none) and then took away the old material and left the basement tidy. Mike is a true professional and the finished plumbing was neat and very well placed to not show. He provides true value and does great work. I very definitely recommend Mike for all your plumbing needs.

Mike is very professional, I am very happy he came to our home recently to fix our basement drain block issue, he diagnosed the issue very quickly and started to work on the issue, he is very kindness and patience to answer our questions, he did perfect job without leave any messy our carpet, I will definitely to recommend him if someone else has any drain bloc or other plumber issue
