I couldn't find what I was looking for.It is a nice well-organized store. However, items are overpriced.

Little expensive for students I think.

Nothing is ready on time, additionally, there is a lady there that is rude and it’s totally uncalled for!

Overpriced, but one needs occasional Usask gear, and this is where I buy my Decomposition notebooks, which are my favourite.

Picking up my usask id was quick and easy, just placed the order online and then waited about 10 seconds for it to print!The staff were friendly and helpful.Items are very overpriced, not a good place for shopping - only get what you really need!

I came to ask for help regarding a textbook and was met with some of the most ill-mannered people that I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. I understand that the job can be stressful, especially managing textbook orders and whatnot and I don't expect a five out of five service, but at least be professional.I approached a lady who was organizing the stationary and she pretended to ignore me. When I politely asked a question she glared at me before dismissing me, telling me to go to the desk for help, and when I did I was met with a similar attitude. The store wasn't even packed and there was no one waiting for textbook pickups when I approached the desk, so I do not understand the reluctance to help a student in need, especially when it's about textbooks.I do not know how much work goes on behind the scenes but it does not justify the behaviour that was shown toward me and I hope no one else has to experience this. And is it not the responsibility of the staff to answer the inquiries of the customer? I am really disappointed and I hope you guys do better.
