Glenforest Pool

Good location for Dixie residents and my 3 year old loved the slide! It was small and perfect for him. We loved the cleanliness and the easy access. Super cheap too

The changing room is so disgusting. I don't understand how people can tolerant with it. I feel the teachers are good, but due to so uncomfortable environment, I can't take my kid there anymore.

I have been going to this pool forever, since 2002, oh wow writing that made me realize it's been 22 years!! Now my kids are at different levels of swimming. Always feels so good to be there...

It could be a very nice pool if the staff cared about people entering not showered, improper swimming clothes, come on staff get with it dry bathing suits and dry hair is a simple sign to say you must shower before entering the pool. People entering literally in what looks to be pajamas is an obvious no, no too. Really cotton pj's on a teenager. Get with it you are running a dirty place and do not care. Otherwise the three stars is because they are excellent at teaching children to swim, patient (maybe that is why they are tolerant to all things)

This pool is okay but could have been better. Trainers are very efficient, great in communication and handling your child with care and teaching them great lessons of swimming. So five start to all the swimming instructors.Infrastructure wise it could have been much better. No heating arrangements in change room. Floors are damn cold. Shower water is also not having a comfortable temperature and you will often found cold water in the pool. At least I found twice/thrice in my past 8 visits. Problematic for kids with cold & cough tedency.However, with a little uplift of infrastructure it could be a great and popular place for your kid to start taking swimming lessons.

Water in pool is cold. The boys are brought into the women's locker room. It's horrible! There are no outlets for your hair dryer anywhere, and those that are installed in the wall are at a great height. The child cannot dry his hair.

The pool deck gets too warm so the lifeguards prop open an emergency exit door. Which freezes people in the pool near the door. The change rooms have no heat during the winter. Many parents insist on having the chance room door open so they don't have to pull it open to go in. This makes it worse on the change rooms. The water is usually lukewarm at best in the showers.

I have been swimming at this pool for 35 years. I did my swimming lessons there as a child. And as a teenager I swam there in gym class.The pool is well maintained. The showers are lukewarm at times but that depends on what time of the day/week you go. I enjoy my swim time and doing my laps a few times a week.Overall a great pool facility for a swim.

The pool is still functional and works well but the washrooms leave alot to be desired. They are extremely old but at least maintained. There is always an issue with showers being cold. Hopefully they will upgrade the pool to today's standards.
