My 7yr old daughter was at her scheduled appointment at the Associates of Brampton Children's Dentistry (ABCDDS). While Patti Visser was giving my daughter an x-ray, she used excessive force and was subsequently hurting my daughter. When my daughter then expressed to Patti Visser, that she was hurting her, Patti response was I don't care" and was completely unsympathetic and dismissive to my daughter's complaints. When we then attempted address the issue with Dr. Maltz
