Stopped taking Cetirizine several days before appointment as directed. Allergy tests were negative. My throat was already starting to hurt. About a month later saw otolaryngologist for non allergic rhinitis. At this point the nose was dripping like a tap. Sore throat. Coughing. She put the cam in my nose and it was soooooo painful. This never happened before. Prescribed sprays. The symptoms continued to get worse. My asthma started to flare up. Sneezing non stop. Sinuses so painful I had to take pain meds. Inside of nose was so sore that the prescribed spray didn’t help. My whole body ached esp. joints. I thought I had Covid! So my caregiver told me to try taking the cetirizine again. A 5mg tablet did wonders. So I took another as prescribed by my GP. They worked! My sinuses are still sore and inside my nose but I’m a lot better. Contacted allergist office and she contacted Dr Iaboni and he said what he tested for is all the allergens of Canada. There’s nothing else. He couldn’t even call me himself. They offered a second test but I didn’t see any point So I guess I’ll just go back to my GP and keep taking the allergy pills. Thanks for your wonderful attitude Dr Iaboni. You obviously don’t really care. I know my GP will be all over this as he doesn’t stop until he finds what’s wrong. I do not recommend this doctor at this clinic.

Dr. Jane Hsieh is great, really listened to my concerns and was willing to work with me to find the right medications for me

Unhelpful, dismissed my symptoms, only care about IGE responses, offered no possible options. I will never go back to that place.
