My favorite dog food/ pet store in town. They are the only store in town that sells nutrisource which is the best quality dog food.

Hidden away but was told will be moving to a new location soon. Had lots of treats that I’ve wanted to try for my American bully since she is food sensitive but haven’t found anywhere else.

Helped answer some nutrition questions for me and always so welcoming there.

If you are looking for a friendly locally owned and operated pet supplier this is the place. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. If they don't currently have something you're looking for they can tell you how to get a hold of it, either through them or other means. Go here every other week and have yet to have a bad experience!

I absolutely love coming here, staff is ALWAYS super friendly and helpful. They will make sure you are comfortable before leaving if you buy anything if you're not sure how to use or introduce. My number one choice to go to hands down.

It’s a good store. I Go straight to the tropical fish. That’s my thing. I’ve always gotten healthy fish from there. They made it every time except the time I put some guppies in with two zebra danios. Everything was going fine until it wasn’t. But that was my doing. I saved two but only ended up with one. Poor little ones. Anyway it’s a friendly environment there and my daughter is still talking about her time there and all the little creatures. She likes the bunnies the most I think. I didn’t feel any pressure there, not rushed or upsold. And the more we got talking they can order in some fish I’ve been keeping my eye on. I know it’s a real thing. MTS. Definitely going back. It’s not a huge box pet store. We know that. But it has everything I need to keep my tropical fish addiction alive and well. If I was asked or forced to say some cons are. Ummmmmm I’m still thinking. I’ll get back to you guys with an update as I go there.

Definitely would not recommend to any exotic animal keeper they Completely lack the knowledge and make up excuses why things aren't the way they should be there over pricedWe'll sell sick animals knowingly and still charge full price I could go on and on but let's just say if you're an animal keeper of exotic animals stay far away from this place There are several good places and for McMurray besides this place to go to like the one down town

Came to inquire about buying 2 turtles. The staff member was very knowledgeable and provided a great deal of options and information pertaining to owning specific types of turtle.

Please be careful when buying a new pet from here, check for mites and infection.
