I came here around 330pm on Friday Feb 17th. The girl at the drive through said they don’t toast croissants cause it will explode. ??? I told her I have had mine toasted many times and literally watched them put it through the toaster and she said I was lying cause you can’t toast croissants. Someone need to tell this girl she needs to get over herself and you can toast croissants lol

We got refused service when asked what they had to eat since they were out of everything early in the morning. Went to Simcoe and had amazing service. Shame on you savanna! You do not have the right to refuse service unless they are being rude or swearing which we were not. Us girls in the back were giggling so don’t know if she thought we were laughing at her but at the end of the day we were refused service because she didn’t feel like it. Which is against the law!!!!!

The food is decent when they get it right. Lots of new staff so it's slow but they're trying. I feel like training is an issue because they run out of things before telling the person to cook more. 20 minutes in line to get breakfast is a bit rough

Poor service we ordered veggie cilantro wrap and crispy chicken bowl. We got our order made after 20 minutes and when they brought it to us they made two wraps instead of one wrap and one bowl and when i asked to correct it they ended up by giving us both veggie bowl and wrap although our order was different. Our 30 mins were wasted and ended up with wrong order and we got absolutely zero apologies for whole mess up . Worst service from tims ever

Always slow. The drive thru is slow even when there's only a couple of cars at off times. If you go inside they are more concerned with the drive thru so you'll wait even longer. In the mornings there are always at least 2-3 people standing around talking instead of helping - customers or their coworkers. Not a new issue. Ongoing for years

Person serving me was friendly but the only person serving in the store while like 9 people were on drive thru. She said she had to make my coffee and then make my wrap. Shouldn't there be someone on deli? She had a line up out the door because noone was serving customers inside while she made my food. Not to mention it wasn't wrapped up securely at all. I was handed a soggy crumbled up mess. Very nice kids but there needs to be more presence from supervisors.

About the food? The hot chocolate , toffee latte and vanilla latte are all diluted and bland af. Not the best. Needs training.Also, we asked the young white male employee with blonde hair at the drive through was refusing to trash an empty can for us? What’s with the attitude? Check yourself before you wreck yourself. Whats up with just trashing a cup?? Service = 0

Very friendly staff...its been a bit that we haven't been able to sit inside here , order inside..its sooo nice to look at there delicious donuts..muffins js ..Clean store *Kind staff *

SLOWEST TIMMIES EVERSeriously don't understand how their drive thru takes 20 minutes every day. This is the longest wait I've EVER had at a Tim Hortons and somehow it's consistently a 20 minute wait.This is supposed to be fast food and there is NOTHING fast about this Tim Hortons. Coffee quality has seriously been lacking lately as well.This Tim Hortons is the WORST.
