I participated in the Employment Now workshop in July 2022, as despite my several years experience in hospitality and tourism, I was having difficulty finding employment after returning from a job overseas.First, the workshops were nine 10-4 days over Zoom, many of which could have simply been an assigned YouTube playlist and an afternoon discussion zoom call and been just as, if not more effective.Second, the How to make a great first impression" video the workshop used
